Association of Global Custodians Questionnaire

Association of Global Custodians Questionnaire

Rule 17f-7, adopted by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States, requires global custodians to provide fund managers an analysis of the risks associated with holding securities in each of the foreign depositories. As result of this regulation, the Association of Global Custodians (AGC), which includes the leading global custodians in the United States that offer cross-border custody services, conducts its annual Depository Information-Gathering Project (DIGP) questionnaire in order to assist its members in obtaining information necessary to comply with regulatory requirements under U.S. Investment Company Act Rule 17f-7.

The following document contains the answers submitted by the CSD of the Malta Stock Exchange plc to the questionnaire.
