CPSS-IOSCO Disclosure Framework
The following report constitutes the response of Malta Stock Exchange Plc, as operator of a
MaltaClear, a securities settlement system, to the Disclosure Framework developed by the
Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) of the Group of 10 (G-10) and the
International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
This document describes the state of affairs as at October 2014 and will be updated in line
with any further legislative, regulatory and operational rules, if so required.
