Malta Stock Exchange Signs MOU with Binance to Launch Security Tokens Trading Platform

Malta – MSX PLC, the fintech and digital asset subsidiary of the Malta Stock Exchange, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, to launch a new digital exchange for security token trading. The MOU follows a decision by Binance to extend its business to Malta, in recognition of the country’s robust and transparent crypto regulatory climate.

The new trading platform will leverage Malta Stock Exchange’s 26-year track record of operating as a regulated stock exchange with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and client due diligence, while building on Binance’s dynamic business model that observes substantial international reach.
